I’ve been saying on different occasions that Pilates is my favorite workout, as it is the easiest, and most enjoyable form of physical exercise that anybody can do in different setups: morning, evening, at home or at work.

Working with children on the autism spectrum is very challenging, but is also rewarding. These are children who need special attention, special teaching methods. But once they become familiar with the new environment of the dance class and after the first basic exercises they already begin to establish self confidence. Travel is an important component of any person’s well-being. Just as healthy eating, exercising and meditating – traveling helps to shape our personality by opening the mind to new impressions, perspectives and ideas. It is important to reserve time in your life to travel and clean your mind, take a deep breath of air cleaned from rush and stress and escape from day-to-day routine.
