I’ve been saying on different occasions that Pilates is my favorite workout, as it is the easiest, and most enjoyable form of physical exercise that anybody can do in different setups: morning, evening, at home or at work.

Granted, there are some props you need for different exercises but those can be improvised, or even forgotten once your arms and legs acquire the rhythm of movement and stretching. During Pilates class you take oxygen and let it circulate with blood through every part of your body.
